Are you ready to follow your creative impulse? If you have been thinking about diving into expressive arts, either for personal growth or professional development, our free June 30 Introductory Workshop is the perfect time to ‘get your feet wet’. We’ll meet in our studio space on the second floor of 4 Central Ave. in Albany from 1 – 4 p.m. and spend three hours exploring some of the basic principles of expressive arts, making some art and answering questions you might have about the Level I and II Training programs. If you live in the Capital District area, another way to get acquainted with expressive arts approaches and to experience the studio environment is to come to the Expressive “jazz” Painting classes offered on the second Wednesday evening of every month from 7 to 9:30 pm. Expressive paintings from the class will be on view on Friday, June 1 from 5 to 9 pm on the ground floor of 4 Central Ave, as part of Albany’s 1st Friday celebration.
