INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOPS
CURRENT TRAINING PROGRAM
APPLICATION
Recent research illustrates the effectiveness of integrating movement, music, drama, visual art making, storytelling and poetry into all areas of therapeutic work, especially hospice, trauma, addiction recovery, across all ages. Additionally and more importantly, the arts open fascinating pathways into a mindful and artful life. Expressive arts methods of simple skill and focused sensitivity enhance our capacity for sharing our thoughts, feelings and experience. In this way, we come to know ourselves on a deeper level, become aware of our impact on those around us and allow us to encounter our world with compassion and presence.
