Dawn Collins hosts “Yoga of the Voice”

Dawn Collins hosts “Yoga of the Voice” on an ongoing basis at her Capital Region studio.
There are two options for this creative practice:
- Weekly 2-hour vocal practice to deeply immerse into breath, tone, scales, ragas, mantra, chant. The first 15 minutes is a check in, one hour will be continuous, non-interrupted–no conversation back and forth–practice and then final 45 minutes will be cross-cultural.
- Once per month, all-day session starting with 2 hours in the morning and a 3-hour afternoon session. The all-day format will allow more time for joyous expressive movement, improvisational small groups, musical theory development, and more cross-cultural, plus some instrumental development possibly.
